SYNOPSIS
The documentary invites us to rediscover Elvira Leonardi Bouyeure, known to everyone as ‘Biki’, one of the world’s most famous couturiers.
A tribute to a woman who helped bring haute couture from Paris to Milan, from Via Sant’Andrea to Via Montenapoleone, from La Scala to Via Verdi.
As we retrace her life, we explore fashion, music, divas, luxury, celebrities, Gabriele D’Annunzio and Brigitte Bardot, Doris Duranti and Valentina Cortese, as well as jewellery and marvellous nightdresses.
