Piano’s Lessons. New York Times Building

SYNOPSIS
Inaugurated in 2007 in Midtown Manhattan, the New York Times Building embodies transparency, lightness, and technological innovation. Clad with a glass and white ceramic façade, the tower filters daylight, reduces energy consumption, and creates a sense of openness to the city. The design reflects the newspaper’s mission as a place of dialogue and knowledge, featuring luminous open floors, shared workspaces, and a strong connection between the building’s interior and the urban life of New York.
