Original language: Italian, English
Subtitles: English

SYNOPSIS
Inaugurated in 1997, the Beyeler Foundation stands in a landscaped park on the outskirts of Basel and exemplifies a perfect balance between art, light, and nature. The museum is composed of glass and steel pavilions filled with natural light and seamlessly integrated into the surrounding landscape through a modular roof and subtle architectural detailing. The building establishes an intimate dialogue between art and viewer, offering a contemplative experience that reflects Renzo Piano’s sensitivity to proportion, transparency, and harmony.
