SYNOPSIS
On the one hand, the documentary recounts the artist’s daily reality – methodical, contemplative, almost immobile – and its repetition, like a mantra, in the place that generated it (Cappelle sul Tavo e Spoltore, Pescara, le montagne, il mare e il cielo d’ Abruzzo). On the other hand, in the absence of the artist and moving away from his territory, he broadens his view and immerses himself in the inexhaustible expansion of his works in the world; looking for their magic and their strength in the quality of the light they spread in Rome, Naples, Bologna, Paris, London, Madrid, Strasbourg… We will meet Spalletti for geo-locations in correspondence with his works, leaving and returning to where everything it has begun.
