SYNOPSIS
Garutti explores the narrative dimension of public art.
His work takes us back to a sphere of individual stories: in a cinema he placed a plaque in honor of those who had found love there, in some squares the lights increase in intensity every time a child is born, 500 lamps light up every time lightning strikes on Italian territory…
The film follows his idea of the unrepeatability of the experience, and here are the shots of the preparation and inauguration of the exhibition at the PAC, of the permanent installation in the Unicredit skyscraper in Milan, his studio, the interviews with those who have been the protagonists of his actions…
