SYNOPSIS
On the construction site of the building he designed in Milan, Peter Eisenman, the architect, teacher and, theorist, protagonist of the dialogue on architecture between the United States and Italy from the 1960s to today, tells Stefano Boeri how, fifty years ago, he became passionate about Milan and its modern architecture as well as Italian football. He declares himself happy to create a work in this city finally: the Carlo Erba Residences, a residential complex that fits harmoniously into the city’s historic fabric.
