SYNOPSIS
These are the years of Pop Art and when it became possible to produce sofas with expanded foams. As with the works of Claes Oldenburg, a small object changes scale, and a baseball glove becomes a comfortable large armchair. It is called Joe in homage to the legendary American baseball champion Joe Di Maggio and has been produced by Poltronova since 1970.
